Refunds

 We only provide refunds or replacements on our products if:

  • Your item(s) arrived damaged
  • Your order was lost in transit
  • The wrong item was delivered

We do not accept returns for a change of mind or a mistaken purchase.

Processing

At Send LEDs, we guarantee that we will do our best to satisfy every customer.

You will need to return your item(s) to us if you would like a refund or replacement. We will send you a shipping label to cover for shipping.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take a few days to process.

If you are approved for a replacement, then your replacement item(s) will be sent via our standard shipping method with a tracking number provided. This may take a few days to process.
